This dislaimer may be updated or changed any time PRIOR to the start date of the Fantasy Week. It will be available here at this website for viewing any time. We will not notify you of updates or changes. It is your reposibility to check the disclaimer before you attend the camp.

The All American Fastpitch Fantasy Week (hereafter referred to and the same as Fantasy Week) reserves the right to change, alter, and remove any part of the Fantasy Week Disclaimer.

A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $250.00 is required to secure a position in the Fantasy Week. Pre-Registration or a contest entry does not mean you have a reserved spot in the Fantasy Week. The Fantasy Week reserves the right to refuse any pre-registration or contest entry.

The Fantasy Week must be paid in full by no later than November 1, 2008. Failure to complete the payments may result in your position being made available for another entry WITHOUT REFUND.

The Fantasy week costs are based on full occupancy and full occupancy is required. In the unlikely event there are insufficient registrations, the Fantasy Week may be cancelled and all payments will be refunded.

The Refund Policy is as follows:

A $250.00 deposit is required to secure a place in the camp and is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. (Except complete cancelation of the Camp)

If for any reason you are unable to attend after paying for the Fantasy Week, the refund policy is based on the following:

• Cancellations made before November 1, 2008 will receive a 75% refund of the Fantasy Week Price. This does not include the NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit.
• Cancellations between November 1, 2008 and November 29, 2008 will receive a 50% refund on the cost of Fantasy Week. This does not include the NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit.
• Cancellations after November 30, 2008 will constitute a forfeiture of ALL PAYMENTS. (Although we understand things happen, such as sickness and death in the family, this is our policy. We may, at our discretion, choose to fully or partially refund payments.) Any attempt to cancel checks, credit card orders, etc. will result in legal action.

For and in consideration of permitting my daughter to enroll in and participate in All American Fastpitch Fantasy Week in the City of Clermont, County of Lake, and State of Florida beginning on the day of Dec. 26, 2008, ending Dec.30, 2008, I hereby voluntarily release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death occurring to him/herself arising as a result of engaging in [or receiving instructions in said activity or activities incidental hereto, wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said activities, or instructions may continue, and the Undersigned does for him/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns hereby release, waive, discharge and relinquish any action or causes of action, aforesaid, which may here after arise for him/herself and for his/here state, and agrees that under no circumstances will he/she or his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns prosecute or in any way whatsoever, present any claim for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death against Dot Richardson, DRSA, DRSS, Softball 360 or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees or volunteers for any of said causes of action, whether the same shall arise by negligence of any of said persons, Or otherwise.
